CONSTITUTION OF THE HONG KONG PORT TRUST

3. (1) (a) For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of

this Ordinance, there shall be constituted a Hong Kong Port

Trust which shall consist of ten commissioners appointed by

the Governor.

(b) of these commissioners so to be appointed, one

shall, in and by his commission, be appointed Chairman ef the

Fort Trust and shall preside over meetings of the

Commissioners.

appointed, three shall be permanent government officials.

less than two shall be of Chinese race.

in this Ordinance referred to as "Nominated commissioners".
